You can spot a small & faint ripple go across almost near center disk also, dont just stare blindly on the eruption area and you'll be able to see it.

Imagery courtesy of SSO/AIA 193 shows a wave of plasma leaving the flare site which means a coronal mass ejection (CME) is likely. Furthermore, a Type II radio emission with an estimated velocity of 2407 km/s was recorded. Although the region is not yet directly facing Earth, an Earth bound component could still be likely."
