Yeah I see that it seems a new group from Intensity HMI but in Magnetogram it looks like part of 3102. Very small but at least growth. N. I guess NOAA will make the call there or those fly boys! Interesting development, there seems to be some mixing of the polarities, so there might be some hope; I wouldn't call it particularly complex just yet, but if it continues growing like this it might get there.
