Just upside down🤩 It's definitely not entirely clear; but I seem to recall that the last such region started out roughly like that too. To me it also looks like the negative (red) area is leading, although perhaps it's really two regions close together: I guess it's something more to keep an eye on anyway, alongside everything else that's happening right now. It is now beyond the West limb but in its journey across the sun it racked up 5 M class flares and 27 C class flares. Not a bad effort. Even beyond the limb it just produced this huge blast right now. Looks like a real big explosion, can literally see ejecta clearly visible across every single wavelength on SUVI. It was recorded as growing even as it rounded the limb, which is quite unusual.
