3 peaks:

I did see 3709 & 3707 flare just before 3697 lit off, that might explain the 3 peaks.

I think 3709 may have been eruptive too, there was some movement in it’s magnetic field lines at least.

  • I think we should be very careful with trying to find patterns like this and then believing it when it's 99% a coincidence. It's in the nature of us humans to find patterns to get understanding on thi

Woah looking at GOES 284 A the CME is fast and Impressive.

I’ve always thought this wavelength just looked too overexposed to be useful, but wow, you can really see that shockwave clearly!

Seems extremely impressive, meh flare but fantastic CME.  It really had to wait for the limb like we all joked about didnt it?

Welp. Now to wait for coronagraph imagery. Certainly not getting a bulk impact out of it.

The shock does look pretty

I can’t wait to see what Halo CME does with it… it’s going to look so pretty 😍

El flujo de protones del GOES parece estar aumentando.

and not only the flow of protons, also epam is increasingElectron Proton y Alpha Monitor (EPAM)

Here comes  the protons   Guess I should have not blinked. Haha. Others see this too. NVM.   Wowie. Look at those high energy protons.  Making some C-14 perhaps now.  A GLE sure looks possible with this.

Possible GLE ??

Looks like we have another flare

Tho I might have the wrong region by the looks

Looks like is flaring just when is close to the limb and when is earth directed, everything settle down.

Is there a difference when is close to the limb?

Looks like this one, though an M1, but earth directed. notice the increase of particle on LASCO C2 telescope

But wasnt there this much noise already from the almost X-Flare from before? I dont see an uptick specifically from that M1 to be honest

Edit: which kinda makes sense looking at the timestamp, they seem to be delayed by 2 hours?
