[App] Ads and how to remove them

With the latest app update we are experimenting a bit with interstitial ads besides the bottom banner ad. The frequency of interstitials is still experimental, we’ll see what a good inbetweener is.

Keep in mind that the live data pages refresh automatically each few minutes! No need to push the refresh button on the top (as that might launch the interstitial)! 

Don’t want ads, don’t worry, we have in-app subscriptions for a very reasonable low price of only 0,99$/month (or even lower if you take the year package). Exact amount can vary due to taxes and exchange rates.
To remove the ads, do the following:

- open the app and tap the menu button
- go to “Settings” and then tap “Remove ads”
- Choose the monthly, half-yearly or yearly package
- After payment, no more ads!
