hello! i’ve been a watcher of this site for about 2 years now and i’ve never fully understood it but i do find it intresting. i was wondering for the past few days the solar flare graph has dipped down below A around the same time each day for around the same amount of time and why it was doing that, all help would be apperiacted ❤️

it's eclipse season for the GOES satellites where the GOES satellite enters Earths shadow. because of that x-rays drop as the sun is eclipsed and is restored once eclipse is over. This is normal behavior and always happens around equinoxes. You can check the eclipse schedule on https://www.ospo.noaa.gov/Operations/GOES/eclipse.html
