It was fantastic watching it as it was preparing to flare. 131 aia was a pretty light show of fountains of twisted flux! I don't think much, if any, of it was occulted though so I'm my opinion I doubt it got above M1-M2 🙂

I was wondering how you nailed that event prior to its happening!   I typically prefer 131 a. As well.  Good call regardless!
