CapeCodShade
Beginning a topic on AR3361, now listed as Beta-Delta. Perhaps now worthy of closer observation.
hamateur 1953
Sure is. And wondering where that type two radio emission just came from. We may not be able to see much aurora but perhaps our southern hemisphere people may get a show. It doesn’t look like much, to be honest. At least there is hope for continued growth. My earlier pessimism hopefully totally unfounded haha!! Edited July 9 by hamateur 1953 no longer pessimistic
cgrant26
There was a filament snap between 3360 and 3361 on the 6th at around 21:00 too. Not sure if it created a CME but the break was enough to get my attention.
Reesepuff
AR13361 seems to be developing into a Beta-Gamma-Delta sunspot. A small but beautiful singular Umbra is forming. Here comes the possibility of minor X-flares. Edited July 8 by Reesepuff Bad spelling
