NEAurora
Pretty significant full Halo cme visible on lasco imagery around 0300utc, my assumption is that this is on the far side and heading the opposite direction?
Solution ChefyStephie Posted May 22 Solution Share Posted May 22 That’s how it’s looking to me, as well. Saw the plasma and got excited(imagine saying that anywhere but these forums, lol), but Earth side instruments weren’t picking up anything of note. Big disappointment, big sad. At least the coronal hole facing us is interesting.
MZPL
NOAA seems to agree with this in the forecast discussion. At first I forgot that a halo can indicate the CME is headed away from us and got excited too early lol
