Looks like the newly tagged 3196 was responsible for the M1.12 at 1-19 04:05.  I may be wrong, but it looks like it may have a delta.

You're correct, Its fairly small in size but it has quite good shear, too bad there's no overall growth in the region really to let that delta shine more.

New M-flare from that same delta just now.

You can spot it easily on Stroms picture without an arrow, It's that dark blue spot next to the darker red.

There is dimming associated with it aswell

At the Mount Wilson Observatory they study the magnetic classification based on the magnetic field lines coming from the spot, you have already seen this page, because I saw it only once and then I lost it.
