how would I find out the exact locations of the moon, earth, sun and SDO on 29JUNE2022 05:37:22 UTC?

if I can obtain data from the International VLBI Service for Geodesy and Astrometry (IVS)from several different interferometers and they disagree on the locations of the moon, earth, sun and SDO at that specific time, then I need to proceed to query the position of earth's tectonic plates. TIA

There are planetary sites like The Planets Today : A live view of the solar system will show abstract positions in relation to other planets.

However, with elliptical orbits, there is the conservation of momentum, which means there is variation in velocity.
