Another example of "flares without sunspots", though it could be considered to be broadly linked by flux connections to AR12957. Product: Forecast Discussion :Issued: 2022 Feb 28 1230 UTC # Prepared by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, Space Weather Prediction Center ... A C3/Sf flare that peaked at 28/0917 UTC, the strongest of the period, was observed from a region of plage near S27E62.
