would this spot be a beta-delta?

In the upper left corner of the pic where i marked it seems like that opposite spot is pretty close to the penumbra of the other but i cant tell if it even has a penumbra 

never mind it seems what i thought was the bigger spot was just a tiny spot that is opposite

No because it’s not in the same penumbral area of the other polarity spot. Also small regions like this one often don’t have a big penumbral area and the odds for delta is thus practically zero
