Not really, the only damage reports are from Kp9 events. Plus satellite operators and many other industries get notified when severe space weather might occur so that they can take precautions to prevent damage from happening. For example satellites can be put into lower orbit to be more protected, grid will be monitored more closely and they make sure no ground currents can cause any damage to the grid, ... .
