There seems to be ejecta at a wide angle (more or less 270 degrees), but the main ejecta is headed north and a bit northwest. Maybe I’m wrong though, cause I’m not 100% sure

The flare didn't look too eruptive. A CME launched, but it looks fairly slow and not very noticeable.

This region is a little too off from center to give us a direct blow though right? We are hoping for glancing blows at best? 

I mean depending on how wide the CME would be we could still take a direct hit. 

CMEs can still directly hit us even if the region it originated from is not directly in front of us.

The big red region seems to be the hotspot, it's quite surrounded by blue regions

But they didn’t strike me as super complex or anything.. that’s why I’m wondering
