Not designated yet, but I assume it'll get that number (I'll edit it if not).

This has grown forth quite rapidly, and the polarities appear to be slightly reversed. Could be something to look out for.

    I remembered the AR3536 and the X5 flare it produced.It produced this strong flare at only 140MH

    Just like 3595. But yes you are right. 
    And it got the number 3597 so no need to edit
