During the April 09/10 Solar storms, one at 10;30-11:30 pm and the other from 12:30-2:30 am, I was lucky enough to drive Northeast of Calgary Alberta and catch these two events.

This image was taken at 2:30 am on the 10th of April 2015, the image was taken 90 degrees to the horizon and tells volumes of how intense the second solar storm was.
