Unusual spokes seen during Aurora

I saw these green/white spokes converging directly overhead May10-11 2024 and apparently @3gMike did also!   We live in different countries so it probably is a latitude thing.  I also have a close friend who described nearly the same thing.  Btw 3g didn’t see any or much green in these.  I had never heard of these prior to seeing them and have been wondering if anyone knows the why and how of them.  Tnx.  Mike

Very very interesting. I wonder if it will only be observable during severe geomagnetic storms. And why do those whitish colors appear? It's a very curious phenomenon that I never noticed before.

If 3g hadn’t seen them also I probably wouldn’t have brought it up here.  I have never seen them in any photos that’s for sure!  😇😳

It actually looked as though the point of convergence was directly overhead. Not as green as @Parabolic shows though. His are prettier though!!

The times I've seen them they were mostly lateral and definitely more opaque than what's referenced above. They resembled picket fence posts almost perfectly or like a palisado crown even.
