what are these? the little bit darker "flares" (i dont know how to say it) is about a new solar spot?

Aha 😋 that wasn’t clear to me ☺️
its just some plumes of plasma along some magnetic field lines. Not immediately connected to a sunspot region. Such features happen often, the bigger version is the solar filament.
