If im correct it appears that the sunspot that is about to rotate onto the disk is a beta

i was looking at the HMI Magnetogram and it appears that the small sunspot about to go onto the disk is a beta and i cant see it yet but it kinda looks like it has a delta spot im not sure though i inserted a pic of it below

its now marked and it says that it is an alpha but it clearly is bi-polar
