Newbie
This appears to be an unusual sunspot, I haven't seen the classification BXI much. It resembles an SC24 spot because polarities seem to reversed. Is it so? Whatever it seems to be growing

Lo que sea que parezca estar creciendo That sunspot has the same structure that 2835 had and is called 2845, but I don't know if I could call it from the previous solar cycle, it seems to be from this solar cycle, good for me
Newbie
I think it's a new active region actually, it was assigned AR2845 on 17th July. Ofcourse it won't stay BXI forever seems to developing in an interesting way! Actually it is SC25 too! Oops seems to be a dud as well! 😄 Edited July 18, 2021 by Newbie
