3 solar flares were produced consecutively one after the other, the last one was the M3 flare in question.

A cme might have been produced but at this time there is not enough data to confirm this.

That sunspot fired an x flare right after that M3 flare causing a radio black out level 3! Talk about a grand finale before leaving.
