As we haven’t seen SC24 sunspots in a whole lot of time and we had a spike in the sunspot number in November 2020 that was the highest in more than two years. So to me it seems like the terminator should already have happened.

I know, but you say the "terminator" has not happened yet and I was seeing that the terminator is very useful to know how much the force of a solar cycle will be, so if the terminator delay the solar cycle it will be weak, if the terminator evenings less of the solar cycle will be strong
