ask about the solar deficit on earth

Still I don’t quite understand. Deficit synonyms are shortfall, shortage, ...

we are past solar minimum and have now periods where sunspot regions occur, though not very active yet. The number of spots will grow towards the solar maximum of SC25 and activity will rise. So the “shortage” of activity will change ;)

also, we won’t talk about the next cycle because the current cycle has to prove itself first so we know which prediction came out right, and when we reach solar minimum again after SC25 then we’ll talk about what’s next.

I think I explained badly, I'm sorry, I saw it well and asked about the solar energy deficit on earth, and They say that is why, in the maximum solar of solar cycle 24, there were no emissions normally, and I wanted to ask How does this solar energy deficit affect solar cycles like this new 25, and you say that this solar energy deficit will last until cycle 28
