I would say that it is counter-intuitive to include mention of pseudo-science alongside something you want people to take seriously - geomagnetic activity and seismic activity have a presently distant, nearly disconnected relationship. To imply the geomagnetic influences from planetary alignments can be correlated to any seismic activity is a farce to the highest degree.

Besides that, it is my fault. It was probably only a short living one, because I overlooked that the Mercury alignments were already going down and there are several days without Mercury alignments early February. Most of the strong alignments are the same like 2936. reactions also. 9 uren geleden, Christopher S. zei: I would say that it is counter-intuitive to include mention of pseudo-science alongside something you want people to take seriously - geomagnetic activity and seismic activity have a presently distant, nearly disconnected relationship. Past failures already exist and there is no need to "before we give an answer we will wait for these dates" since the past is the past your predictions last week or so has been proved an epic failure which leads to doubt on your predictions We didn't. 1. Theory works to predict complex sunspots and other sunspots. 2. After that it becomes complicated to which alignments they react. 3.It involves a lot of calculations because sunspots with the same alignments can interact. Something like a Sudoku puzzle or a chess game... 4. We are waiting if the sunspots react to the new alignments mentioned above, because they can give a clue to our puzzle and the faults we made... Meanwhile: Mercury and Venus alignments for March... Patrick P.A. Geryl
We finally were able to make up all the needed calculations for the coming sunspots (we still need help!)... I don't know Well Patrick's replies are vague at best too. Here is an example: On 2/25/2022 at 11:41 PM, Patrick P.A. Geryl said: 1. Theory works to predict complex sunspots and other sunspots. He doesn't describe how well it works, or what "works" means. What is the accuracy rate, what is considered an accurate prediction? I have yet to get a clear answer from him. On 2/25/2022 at 11:41 PM, Patrick P.A. Geryl said: 2. After that it becomes complicated to which alignments they react. This is his way of explaining away times where he might be incorrect, which again I'm not sure about when/if based on vague predictions. It is a method of avoiding being falsifiable. On 2/25/2022 at 11:41 PM, Patrick P.A. Geryl said: 3.It involves a lot of calculations because sunspots with the same alignments can interact. Something like a Sudoku puzzle or a chess game... Analogies are great for describing concepts, but he is using this as hand waving to describe that it's too complicated to be specific. On 2/25/2022 at 11:41 PM, Patrick P.A. Geryl said: 4. We are waiting if the sunspots react to the new alignments mentioned above, because they can give a clue to our puzzle and the faults we made... What faults might he have made? Your guess is as good as mine. The lack of the ability to prove something incorrect (Falsifiable) is a sign of pseudo-science, just like conspiracy theories. This is of course only my opinion about this. I have tried to understand the mechanisms Patrick is suggesting, and it does have some correlation, but the gap of knowledge and the vague predictions have been difficult for me to accept.
Patrick P.A. Geryl
Op 19/3/2022 om 13:08, 3gMike zei: Patrick, You have given two different date ranges, March 20-22 and farside March 24-25 -which is accurate? You have also said that alignments remain active until May 5 - should that be April 5th? (no data presented beyond April 4th) March 20-22 is the birth of the sunspot. It takes several days to grow complex. Sometimes 5-30 days. We expect to see it after about 5 days. If not on this side, look on the Farside. We calculated till May 5, but are waiting for the reactions. For instance there was a proton event on March 21 on the Farside. Question: Did this sunspot react to the alignments from the birth of the sunspot? Sunspots interact and make it far more difficult to make exact predictions... We have the basics from the birth of sunspots, but when the cycle gears up, it becomes more complicated. Once we know which sunspot gave the proton event, we can find more... I have been observing this website http://jsoc.stanford.edu/data/farside/ for some time and find it difficult to assess how accurate it is. Recently, we have seen some large SARs identified, which arrive on the limb as faculae, while on other occasions a very small SAR produces a very active sunspot. 51 minutes ago, Patrick P.A. Patrick P.A. Geryl
We can say now with high certainty that AR2975 is the predicted Highly complex sunspot with large flare potential. 1. On stereo you can see it was born between March 20-21. We used stereo from 2013 till 2018 to develop our theory. It is the best to see the birth of sunspots on the Farside. It is a shame it doesn’t work anymore. Hugely complicates our task! 2. AR 2975 grew complex after 6 days, while we assumed around 5 days. 3. The flare potential will increase with Mercury alignments. 4. Interactions between sunspots complicates the interpretations.
