Capricopia
Someone has shared pictures from GOES-16 that seem to show a gradual darkening of the sun, rather than a cut out. See EUV GOES composite on https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/ He said "I have no idea what Eclipsed our Sun in front of our GOES-16 Satellite this morning September 1st between 4:30 and 5:30am. If it was an Eclipse, or it can be a technical issue. GOES-16 is positioned at 75.2 degrees West..." Does anyone have any answers? Thank you in anticipation. Marcel de Bont
You're welcome. I've been looking over the FAQ a little while ago and would like to add more questions so if you think there is an obvious question missing which you think deserves a spot in the FAQ please let me know.
